NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SEABROOK CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 4, 2020 AT 7:00 PM IN THE CITY HALL CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1700 1ST STREET, SEABROOK, TEXAS, TO DISCUSS, CONSIDER, AND IF APPROPRIATE, TAKE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEABROOK, CALLING AND ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION, TO BE HELD ON MAY 2, 2020, TO CONSIDER NINETEEN (19)  CHARTER AMENDMENTS RECOMMENDED BY THE SEABROOK CHARTER REVIEW COMMISSION AND DETERMINED FOR SUBMISSION BY CITY COUNCIL, AND MAKING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATED TO THIS ELECTION

4.2   Consider and take all appropriate action on a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Seabrook and Cobb Fendley & Associates, Inc. for Professional Engineering, Surveying, and Geotechnical Services for the Wastewater System Infrastructure Retrofit, Phase 1 of Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), in an amount not to exceed  $3,282,585.00, for the full proposal cost, with $820,646.00 being paid by the City as the 25% grant match.  Gayle Cook, City Manager

4.3   Consider and take all appropriate action on an Addendum to the Economic Development Agreement between the Seabrook Economic Development Corporation and Americano's Cafe for an extension of the deadline for substantial completion from January 3, 2020 to March 1, 2020.  This extension has been approved by the Seabrook EDC.  Paul Chavez, Director of Economic Development

THE CITY COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HEAR ANY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED AGENDA ITEMS THAT QUALIFY FOR AN EXECUTIVE SESSION IN AN EXECUTIVE SESSION BY PUBLICLY ANNOUNCING THE APPLICABLE SECTION NUMBER OF THE OPEN MEETINGS ACT, (CHAPTER 551 OF THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE) THAT JUSTIFIES EXECUTIVE SESSION TREATMENT.
