NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SEABROOK CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 5, 2021 AT 5:00 PM IN THE CITY HALL CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1700 1ST STREET, SEABROOK, TEXAS, TO DISCUSS, CONSIDER, AND IF APPROPRIATE, TAKE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SEABROOK CHAPTER 34, “FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION”, BY REVISING SECTION 34-1, “ARSON REWARD”; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT OR IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE


3.2   Approve updated contract designations for disaster recovery services to name Hydradry as the Primary contract for services and First OnSite as the Secondary contract for services after Cotton Commercial USA, Inc. did not accept the terms of the City's agreement and withdrew from primary contract consideration.   Brad Goudie, Director of Emergency Services
