Easter Holiday Weekend in Seabrook

The City of Seabrook will observe the Good Friday holiday on Friday, March 30, 2018. In observation of this holiday City Hall and other city offices will be closed. Emergency personnel will work normal shifts to provide services to the community.

The city’s Easter Egg Hunt will take place at Meador Park from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2018. The fun will include two bounce houses, an egg toss and over 8,000 hidden eggs. The Seabrook rotary will provide free hot dogs and refreshments will also be provided.

The hunt will start at 10:15 a.m. sharp, so please do not show up late. Age groups will be divided as follows:

  • 1-2-year-olds
  • 3-4-year-olds
  • 5-7-year-olds
  • 8-11-year-olds
Parents will not be allowed to accompany their children within the 5-7 or 8-11 age groups. If your child has a disability and needs assistance, please inform city staff who will be onsite. The event is free to the Seabrook community.

PUBLIC SAFETY NOTICE:
The Seabrook Waterfront District may experience a high volume of vehicles and pedestrians during the holiday weekend. Motorists who are not visiting the Waterfront District are encouraged to find an alternative route in order to avoid traffic delays. The Seabrook Police Department will be assigning additional officers to the Waterfront District over the holiday weekend.
