Local Girl Scouts Install Beautiful Garden at Seabrook Animal Shelter

Troop3

Earlier this summer, local Girl Scout Troop 139005, planted a beautiful garden in front of the Seabrook Animal Shelter. The girls in the troop took the initiative to plan the project from start to finish by researching native plants that would thrive in addition to designing the garden.

First, the troop overhauled the existing flower beds to prepare the soil for the new garden and then planted new plants and added mulch to extend the life of the plants. The troop also hand-painted a few #SeabrookRocks and placed a plaque to recognize their efforts.

The Seabrook Animal Shelter would like to recognize and show their appreciation to Girl Scout Troop 139005 for donating the garden to the shelter. It is a beautiful addition to the shelter.
