City facilities, including Seabrook City Hall, will open to the public on Monday, October 5, 2020. The health and well-being of our residents, visitors and staff is a top priority for the city, therefore, everyone who enters a city facility will be required to comply with all state and local health and safety mandates.
Visitors will be required to wear a face-covering and must practice social distancing while in city buildings. All visitors meeting with city staff in secured areas will be required to complete a health screening before entering.
Seabrook City Council and board and committee public meetings will continue to be held virtually throughout the month of October. All public meeting agendas include information on how to attend a virtual meeting and agendas are posted to the city’s website at www.seabrooktx.gov/agendacenter at least 72-hours in advance of the meeting.
Seabrook Municipal Court continues to offer virtual court hearings and is now offering in-person court hearings by appointments. Learn more about scheduling your court appearance at www.seabrooktx.gov/court.
City administrative services, including utility bill payments, building permitting, and court services have been offered remotely and by appointments as necessary since July 2, 2020. Administrative and emergency management personnel continue to actively monitor, plan, respond, and communicate during the COVID-19 state of emergency.
