Seabrook City Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday each month at Seabrook City Hall, 1700 First Street.

City Council meetings are open to the public and any member of the audience may speak on any subject matter, whether or not that item is on the agenda during the Public Comment period. All comments are limited to a maximum of four minutes for each speaker. Open Space and Trails Committee Meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of the month at 5:00 PM.

The Open Space and Trails Committee was formed with the primary purpose of beautifying and preserving the City's natural resources. This includes creating a master plan for parks, trails and other recreational facilities throughout the City such as Carothers Coastal Gardens and the Seabrook Community House. Members serve three year terms.
