Open Space and Trails Committee

The Open Space and Trails Committee was formed on May 12, 2009, with the primary purpose of beautifying and preserving the city’s natural resources. This includes creating a master plan for parks, trails and other recreational facilities throughout the city such as Carothers Coastal Gardens and the Seabrook Community House. Members serve three year terms. Meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of the month at 5:00 p.m.

All applicants must meet residency requirements and be registered voters in the City of Seabrook. 

You may download the application form here or may pick one up from the city secretary's office at any time. All applications must be returned to the City Secretary's Office at 1700 First Street, Seabrook, TX.
