Community House
The Community House is directly across the street from City Hall and the perfect location for your meetings and events. We encourage residents to utilize the Community House for meetings as well as nonprofit events. We offer great discounts to local youth and adult civic groups.

If you would like to rent a city facility or park please download and complete the rental application for city facilities and parks and return in person to:

Deposits are due when you return application. We suggest you phone ahead to ensure the date you would like to reserve is available, (281) 291.5600.

Resident/Local Groups

Friday - Sunday (maximum 12 hours)  $200 $450
*Resident- Individuals who reside or own property within Seabrook City limits     
Non Profit/Local Group**                Deposit Rate  Rental Rate
Monday - Thursday (maximum 4 hours)  $200    $100                  
** Non Profit/Local Group - must be located and based within Seabrook City limits and provide their roster which must include 51% residency.  Rental fees may be waived or adjusted on a case by case basis.

Monday - Thursday (maximum 12 hours)  $250  $400
Friday - Sunday (maximum 12 hours)  $250  $800
Non Resident* - Individuals or groups who do not reside or own property within the City limits.
