Fair Housing – It’s Your Right!

The City of Seabrook has an obligation to affirmatively further fair housing. Housing discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, family status, or disability is illegal by federal law. If you have a concern with how you have been treated and believe your fair housing rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Texas Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
