New Ordinances & Resolutions Seabrook City Charter requires that the city  post a summary/caption of each approved ordinance that contains a penalty clause for two weeks after the approval date.  As an aid to citizens,  we will publish all approved ordinances and resolutions on the city web site for two weeks or until  the documents have been published by Municode which is also accessible on the web site.

A city ordinance is a law approved by the City Council often with a penalty if the ordinance is not followed.   Most ordinances are added to the Seabrook Municipal Code which is updated every 6-12 months. Ordinances which are not codified, include tax and budget ordinances which are replaced every year.
