Jeff is a North Dakota native and has been a resident of Seabrook since 2004. Having grown up in a small town, he loves the culture of Seabrook where you can meet a neighbor in just about every establishment. He has experience in handling department budgets and timelines in his years within the pharmaceutical industry. He understands the importance of working together with clear goals in mind and the need for contingency planning to cover multiple scenarios. In this rapidly evolving landscape in Seabrook, his desire is to maintain the small-town charm of the City while pursuing the goals for city development outlined in the Seabrook Comprehensive Master plan. Fiscal responsibility in how our taxes are being utilized and incentivizing businesses to remain or come to Seabrook are also top priorities for me. Jeff received a doctorate in toxicology from Washington State University and has 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a research scientist. He currently holds the Vice President of Nonclinical Development position at both Salarius and Beta Cat Pharmaceuticals where he leads the development of cancer drugs into clinical trials. In his leisure time, he and his wife Katia lead a small home church in Lake Cove and finds time for numerous neighborhood outings. They have a son, Dylan, attending Seabrook Intermediate School and two grown children living in Austin and Dallas.
