NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE OPEN SPACE AND TRAILS COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF SEABROOK WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2022 AT 5:00 P.M. AT SEABROOK PUBLIC WORKS AND ANIMAL CONTROL COMPLEX TRAINING ROOM, 1100 RED BLUFF ROAD, SEABROOK, TEXAS, TO DISCUSS AND CONSIDER THE AGENDA ITEMS LISTED BELOW.
ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT A SEABROOK CITY COUNCIL MEETING, MEMBERS OF THIS BODY MAY ATTEND AND A QUORUM OF THIS BODY MAY BE PRESENT.

NEW BUSINESS

4.1     Discuss and take all appropriate action on Appreciation Lunch 2022. Chair Comeaux 


4.2     Discuss and take all appropriate action on Tree Planting Day of Awesomeness and proposed planting locations. Member Coggeshall 


4.3     Recognize Carothers Community Garden volunteers. Vice Chair Popken 


4.4     Discuss and take all appropriate action on creating a prioritized list of projects for Carothers Coastal Gardens of Seabrook (East Tract) to be recommended to City Council for completion during FY 2022-2023 in the amount not to exceed $220,000.  Staff

4.5     Discuss and take all appropriate action on proposed trees and shrubs for Carothers Coastal Garden East track to incorporate into the Carothers Coastal Garden Master Plan Proposal. Member Antrobus

4.6     Discuss and take all appropriate action on Dead Tree program where OST committee helps identify dead trees to be removed from City Parks and Trails.  Staff

4.8    City Staff update and report on various Seabrook Park items, including community events, grant administration, repairs, Council approvals and determinations and emergency events. City Staff

5.1     Discuss and take all appropriate action for recommendation to City Council on proposed shade structure design and location. Chair Comeaux
