A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEABROOK, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT, ATTACHED HERETO, BETWEEN THE CITY OF SEABROOK AND THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE HARRIS COUNTY MASS NOTIFICATION SYSTEM PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE FEDERAL INTEGRATED PUBLIC ALERT AND WARNING SYSTEM (IPAWS).
