NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A SEABROOK CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY NOVEMBER 1, 2022 AT 5:00 PM IN THE SEABROOK PUBLIC WORKS TRAINING ROOM, 1100 RED BLUFF ROAD, SEABROOK, TEXAS.
