NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SEABROOK CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET ON TUESDAY NOVEMBER 5, 2019 AT 7:00 PM IN THE CITY HALL CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1700 1ST STREET, SEABROOK, TEXAS, TO DISCUSS, CONSIDER, AND IF APPROPRIATE, TAKE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEABROOK, APPROVING AN EXEMPTION FOR SEABROOK ELECTION PRECINCTS 090, 333, AND 692 FROM THE BILINGUAL REQUIREMENTS UNDER TEXAS ELECTION CODE SECTION 272.003 TO POST ELECTION NOTICES AND MATERAILS IN CHINESE AND VIETNAMESE ACCORDING TO THE MOST RECENT U.S. CENSUS BUREAU DATE THAT INDICATES THERE IS LESS THAN FIVE (5) PERCENT OF THE SEABROOK POPULATION OF ASIAN DESCENT

5.3   Consider and take all appropriate action on an Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Seabrook and Harris County, approved by Seabrook City Council on July 2, 2019, in order to relocate utilities in conflict with the upcoming Red Bluff road improvements within the City of Seabrook.
