We are super bummed to cancel today’s Red, White and Blue Kids’ Parade at Meador Park! We waited until today to cancel because the weather forecast can change quickly and we were hoping the rain would stay away, but it doesn’t look like it will (even though we woke up to clear skies at 6 am). The rain is moving in and will become heavy during the middle of our event so for the safety of our participants and attendees, we are canceling the event. Don’t fret too much, our team will plan on hosting a small kids pop-up event later this summer and we will be hosting our Kids’ Fish event at Pine Gully Park on September 18.
