Celebration Seabrook

Celebration Seabrook

Set a course for family fun on Saturday, October 9, 2021, when Celebration Seabrook takes over Meador Park in Seabrook for a day of music, food and art. Celebrating the best of coastal living, this family-friendly festival features the Ahoy Kids’ Zone, gourmet food trucks and a full slate of live music, headlined by Sam Riggs.

“We are super excited to announce this year’s music lineup for Celebration Seabrook,” said LeaAnn Petersen, the Director of Community and Visitor Relations for the City of Seabrook. “Sam Riggs and Holly Beth are two up-and-coming musicians who have taken Texas by storm. Plus we look forward to announcing a local celebrity who will also be joining us for this year’s event.”

This year’s festival is brought to you by Chesapeake Bay Luxury Active Adult Living that is located right here in Seabrook. This resort-inspired community feels as if you are on vacation every day. Chesapeake Bay has supported Celebration Seabrook for several years and we are thrilled to name them as this year’s Title Sponsor.

Celebration Seabrook truly has something for everyone with over 40 vendors registered for this year’s event. The Ahoy Kids’ Zone is the centerpiece of Celebration Seabrook’s family-friendly activities. “Kids of all ages will love the Kids’ Zone,” Petersen said. “They can get their faces painted, bounce the day away in our bounce houses or even ride a mechanical shark!” Additional activities in the Ahoy Kids’ Zone include arts and crafts, balloon animals and caricatures. “Thanks to the sponsorship of CobbFendley there is no admission charge for the Ahoy Kids’ Zone,” she said.

More than half a dozen food trucks will be available at Celebration Seabrook, offering everything from cajun favorites to snow cones and tacos. Wine and craft beer will be available for purchase as well.

Seabrook’s popular pelicans will be posing for selfies throughout the day and muralist Shelbi Nicole will be continuing her compelling murals at Meador Park’s skate park. “At the 2019 Celebration Seabrook, the chalk artists were incredibly popular, so we’ve decided to invite them back for 2021,” Petersen said. Local artists, merchants and other vendors will create a unique shopping experience inside the Merchant Village and Artist Pavilion.

Tickets and more information, including a full schedule of live music, are available at www.CelebrationSeabrook.com. Tickets are $5 at the gate or you can purchase tickets in advance. Children 10 and under are free and there is no charge for children’s activities. Leashed dogs are always welcome.

Celebration Seabrook is presented by Chesapeake Bay Luxury Active Adult Living and additional sponsors include CobbFendley, the Seabrook Economic Development CorporationGulf Winds InternationalGulf Coast LimestoneBeacon Federal Credit Union, the Seabrook AssociationResort Vacations Inc. and BOK Financials

Event proceeds will benefit the City of Seabook's Share Your Christmas Program, the Seabrook Animal Shelter and Adoption Center and the Bay Area Veterans Memorial.
