Payment Arrangements
GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
- The defendant must enter a plea for Guilty or No Contest.
- The defendant must provide a valid form of identification when requesting a payment arrangement.
- Any payment arrangement that goes over 30 days will be charged a one-time fee of $15.00 added to each offense per state law.
- Payment of a fine and court cost may result in a conviction being reported on your driving record to the Department of Public Safety.
- In the event the defendant does not comply with the payment arrangement, the defendant will be set for a Show Cause hearing.
- Our office does not accept payments over the phone, but you can pay online, in person, or by mail via money order or cashier's check.
30 Day Payment Extension
This is for anyone who needs 30 days or less to pay in full.
- The defendant must enter a plea for Guilty or No Contest.
- The defendant must provide a valid form of identification when requesting a payment arrangement.
- Failure to pay by the 30th day will result in a one-time fee of $15.00 added on the 31st day to each offense per state law.

Payment Plan
This is for anyone who needs more than 30 days to pay.
- The defendant must enter a plea for Guilty or No Contest.
- The defendant must provide a valid form of identification when requesting a payment arrangement.
- A monthly payment of at least $100 a month shall be made for the offense(s).
- There will be a one-time fee of $15.00 added on to each offense on the payment plan per state law.

requesting a payment extension or Payment plan by email
You may request a Payment Extension or Payment Plan by email mc@seabrooktx.gov with the following items
- Let us know what plea you would like to enter, No Contest or Guilty, choose (ONE) only.
- Attach a copy of your valid form of identification (ex: DL, ID or Passport)
- For payment extensions let the court know that you are only needing 30 days to pay.
- For payment plans let us know that you need a payment plan of at least $100 a month, if you are unable to pay $100 a month please contact our office at 281-291-5674.
- Once the court receives your request and you have submitted all required information, we will email you the documents to sign via Drop Box that must be completed by 4 pm on your request date in order to set you up. If not, your case will remain in its current status and you will then be required to appear in person to process this request. @(Model.BulletStyle == CivicPlus.Entities.Modules.Layout.Enums.BulletStyle.Decimal ? If you are requesting to be placed on a Payment Extension or Payment Plan via email, you will need to do so NO LATER
than 2 business days prior to your court date.
