Seabrook, TX – The Seabrook Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) proudly recognized Alspaugh’s Boutique ‘By KellyAnnette as part of its Business Anniversary Program Initiative, which honors local businesses reaching key milestones. Although Alspaugh’s Boutique has been in business since 2022, this initiative provides an opportunity to celebrate its one-year anniversary as part of a newly launched recognition effort by SEDC. The celebration was held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the boutique, located at 2100 NASA Parkway, Suite #201.
Founded in 2022 by KellyAnnette Alspaugh, the boutique was established to provide a personalized and welcoming retail experience. “I have always dreamed of owning a boutique, and I strive to offer a lifestyle shopping experience featuring brands that matter and give back,” said Alspaugh. “Living in the area, I wanted to be a part of Seabrook’s rebuild following the State Highway 146 expansion. Seabrook is a wonderful community with so much to offer, and I’m honored to be here.”
Alspaugh’s Boutique ‘By KellyAnnette sets itself apart by offering previously unavailable products and services in the Seabrook area. In addition to carrying a carefully curated selection of exclusive boutique items, the store is an authorized provider of Texas Parks & Wildlife hunting and fishing licenses. The boutique also features a department specializing in stainless steel nuts and bolts for boaters and home repair needs, and offers area delivery services, home staging, and interior design consultation. Customers can also enjoy complimentary custom gift wrapping with every purchase. Additionally, the boutique is home to the exclusive Alspaugh’s Secret Seasoning.
Over the past year, Alspaugh’s Boutique has built a loyal customer base locally and beyond, with many patrons traveling to experience its unique offerings. “Our boutique has been so blessed with the flow of loyal clients who support our mission and appreciate the experience we provide,” Alspaugh said. “Supporting a local business is supporting yourself and growing the community together.”
Looking ahead, Alspaugh envisions continued growth and deeper community engagement. “My goal is to have staying power and grow with the community,” she added.
