The City of Seabrook will begin construction on the Seascape I Paving and Waterline Improvements Project on Wednesday, August 1, 2012.

Phase 1 will consist of reconstruction of South Flamingo Drive from Todville Road to North Flamingo Drive and Clark Drive. The existing asphalt roadway will be removed and replaced with concrete curb and gutter. The project will include a twenty-eight-foot wide roadway constructed of six-inch reinforced concrete pavement with six-inch lime stabilized subgrade.

Waterline improvements will include replacing and upsizing the existing six-inch waterline to an eight-inch waterline along South Flamingo Drive as well as replacement of the sanitary sewer long lead services.
