Current Projects & Future Developments

This proposed development, currently in the Final PUD phase with the City of Seabrook, aims to establish a "World Class Freezer Facility" on a 7.19-acre tract located west of Old State Highway 146, east of State Highway 146, north of Red Bluff Road, and south of Port Road. The project includes a 134,632-square-foot freezer warehouse, 84 vehicle parking spaces, and 19 tractor-trailer loading spaces. This development is designed to meet high industry standards, enhancing Seabrook's industrial capacity while aligning with the city's growth and planning objectives.

CORRIDOR ENHANCEMENTS 

As part of the City's Master Landscaping and City Branding Plan, the City embarked on designing certain improvements within the SH 146 Expansion project with TxDOT (SH 146 - Red Bluff to South of Galveston/Harris County line). This project is set for completion in November 2024.
